Building outside the box
After attending some car shows the last few months, we have decided that the LS motor currently in our shop/show truck needs to be replaced with something a little more outside the box. LS swaps are common in the aftermarket because of the availability of the motors in nearly every junkyard across the nation as well as the relative ease of building, installing, and wiring said motors. We have settled on a 4.2L powerplant from GM or the Ameri-Barra.
